Breastfeeding is a natural way to help you lose pounds. Aside from its beneficial effect to your newborn, breastfeeding helps you burn 500 calories more. However, even when you want to lose weight, you should pay attention to what you eat. Do not starve yourself. Remember, your baby depends on you for nutrition.
Tip #2: Exercise
You do not have to do strenuous exercise just to shed off the excess pounds. In fact, you should not be too harsh on yourself by performing too vigorous exercise. Simple household chores like gardening or strolling in the park with your baby can burn calories.
